hello? If you are someone i can come to for baldi things, then i have come to the right person. I have a problem which won't let me pick up my notebooks. Any info?

So i play baldi's basics, And just started. And for a reason i cannot pick up the notebooks. I downloaded it on the official site so i don't know what the problem is.
